U.S. is considering cutting tariffs on Chinese imports

U.S. President Joe Biden said after his visit to Tokyo, Japan to meet with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida that he is considering reducing tariffs on Chinese imports, and that he will have discussions with Treasury Secretary Yellen after returning to the United States. He also emphasized that this is the last session. The tariffs imposed by the government are currently being studied. The remarks boosted market expectations that the United States may further cut tariffs on China, and the trade relationship between the two countries is expected to improve, alleviating market concerns about the outlook for global economic growth.
