U.S. new jobless claims rose slightly last week

The number of new jobless claims in the United States continued to rise to 203,000 last week, an increase of 1,000 from the previous value, back to the highest level since mid-February, and higher than market expectations of 195,000. During the period, the number of people who continued to apply for unemployment benefits continued to decrease by 44,000 to 1.343 million, the sixth consecutive weekly decline and the lowest level in nearly 52 years. The market originally expected 1.387 million. The data showed that the strong recovery trend of the US job market continued, and was not affected by the Fed's tightening of monetary policy.
