The 24th Ministerial Meeting of the Natural Gas Exporters Forum was held in Cairo

On the 25th local time, the 24th Ministerial Meeting of the Natural Gas Exporting Countries Forum was held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. The meeting was chaired by Tariq Mora, Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and Chairman of the Ministerial Council of the Forum of Gas Exporters. As the gas exporters Forum member countries together account for 72% of the global natural gas reserves, Mora called for a dialogue on all activities in the natural gas sector and a comprehensive commitment to gas development. Mora said that Egypt always hopes to strengthen cooperation with all member states, and the forum will formulate necessary new solutions for global sustainable development in the future.
